Water Rover is simple to use. When your Doxie is thirsty, just unplug the bottle stopper and lay the Water Rover flat on the ground (you can store the stopper behind the belt clip). Water flows into the bowl instantly. The flow will stop automatically, the bowl will not overflow. When your Weenie is finished drinking, tilt the bowl back so that the extra water flows back into the bottle. Then replace the plug, and clip the Water Rover back onto your belt or waistband.
